The primary person making the booking and checking in must be at least 18 years old and must remain on the property throughout the duration of the stay. 

Yes, the villa is equipped with a fully functional, modern kitchen including a refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, kettle, and all necessary cookware and dining utensils for a group of 8.

For outdoor dining, we provide a dedicated Outdoor BBQ Grill on the patio area.

Important Note for Use: We provide the grill itself, but guests are responsible for purchasing their own charcoal, lighter fluid, and any cooking oils or condiments they need. Please ensure the grill area is cleaned after use to avoid a deduction from your security deposit.
