Welcome to Wonderland Luxury Villas. These Terms and Conditions govern your booking and stay at our properties. By making a reservation, you agree to comply with these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. General Information

  • The Company: Wonderland Luxury Villas is managed by Rosewood Hospitality Management Co Ltd.

  • Property Location: 388/36, Suksabai, Moo 10, Nong Prue, Banglamung, Chonburi – 20150, Thailand.

2. Booking & Payments

  • Currency: All rates are quoted and charged in Thai Baht (THB).

  • Payment Methods: We accept bank transfers and [Insert other methods if any, e.g., Credit Card/PayPal].

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Standard Cancellation:

    • Cancellations made more than [30] days before check-in: Full refund of the deposit (minus any bank processing fees).

    • Cancellations made between [14-30] days before check-in: [50%] of the deposit is forfeited.

    • Cancellations made less than [14] days before check-in: Non-refundable.

  • No-Show: Guests who do not arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notice will be charged the full rental amount.

4. Security Deposit

  • A refundable security deposit of [5,000 THB] is required upon check-in (cash or pre-authorization).

  • This deposit will be refunded in full at check-out, provided there are no damages to the property, missing items, or excessive cleaning required.

5. Check-In & Check-Out

  • Check-In Time: After 14:00 (2:00 PM).

  • Check-Out Time: Before 11:00 (11:00 AM).

  • Self Check-In: We offer a seamless self-check-in process. Access codes and instructions will be sent to you prior to arrival.

  • Late Check-Out: Subject to availability and may incur an additional charge.

6. Guest Conduct & Policies

  • Parties & Noise: While we encourage fun and “unforgettable memories,” guests must respect local community laws.

    • Loud music outside is permitted until 22:00 (10:00 PM). After this time, please move noise indoors and keep doors/windows closed to contain sound.

    • Use of the karaoke room and private amenities is allowed at any time provided noise is contained within the villa.

  • Occupancy: The number of guests must not exceed the capacity specified in your booking (e.g., 8 guests for Moonstone/Emerald, 16 for Sapphire). Additional guests may be charged extra or denied entry.

  • Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villas. Please use the designated outdoor areas/poolside. Evidence of indoor smoking will result in a cleaning fee.

  • Drugs & Illegal Substances: The possession or use of illegal drugs is strictly forbidden on the property. We cooperate fully with Thai police authorities.

7. Liability

  • Rosewood Hospitality Management Co Ltd is not responsible for any personal injury, accident, or illness that occurs to guests or visitors while on the premises.

  • We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables. Please use the provided safety deposit boxes (if available) and lock all doors when leaving.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand.
